Visit Twitter.com and log in.

Find a tweet in the timeline that you want to retweet at a later time using Buffer.3
Roll your mouse over the Tweet and the Buffer icon should appear. Click the Buffer Icon.

A Buffer pop up should appear. Click the "Add to Buffer" button.
Note :
You can click the "Tweet now" button to retweet immediately.
