Double click the Internet Explorer icon on the desktop or the start menu.

Click the "Tools" option on the menu bar.

In the "History" section, click the "Delete history" button.

Click "Yes"

Click the "Close" button.

The search history in the Internet Explorer address bar should be cleared.
