Open your web browser and visit picassaweb.google.com2
Click the "upload" button.

If you do not have any albums set up, you will be asked to create one.

If you set up an album or albums previously then select the one you want to upload the image to from the list and click the "select" button.

Identify the photo that you want to edit and click it.

You can click the edit drop down and select "Edit in Picnik" from the "Edit" menu OR click the Picnik icon on the right hand side of the screen.

The image loader should display.

Choose from the multiple edit options on the edit menu and edit the photo. Click "Back to Picassa Web Album" link in the upper right hand corner to return to Picassa.
