Objective / Info: Learn how to convert an existing word 2010 file into an Adobe PDF file without any special tools.

Open word by clicking the icon on the desktop of the start menu or opening an existing word document.

Click the "File" tab.

Click the "Save As" option on the left.

Click the drop down menu next to Save as file type.

Select "PDF" from the list of options.

Click the "Save" button.

The same file you had open should be converted into a PDF file and a new window should open showing the PDF version of the file.
  Note : The word version of the file should also remain open and can be closed if you are done.
