Upgrade from Trend Micro 2010 to Titanium 2011

After downloading the program, double click on the application icon to start the installation.

The installation should begin.

Trend Micro will check the computer from previous installations or versions of the software.

Click the "Yes" button.

Removal of version 2010 should begin.
  Note : Screenshots may differ if you have other security software on your computer that Trend Micro determines is incompatible. You will need to decide for yourself what you want installed or removed.

Since we are upgrading, "Paid Version" should be the selected option. If it is not, select it and proceed.
  Note : If you are not upgrading and are doing a new installation for a trial, then select trial.

Click the "Agree and Install" button.

Titanium Internet Security 2011 Installation should begin.

The installation should be complete. Click the "Finish" button.
  Note : Some features that were previously enabled may require re-enabling. E.g. Spam Filter for outlook. See the links at the top of this guide for other guides.

This task should now be complete. If not, review and repeat the steps as needed. Submit any questions using the section at the bottom of this page.
