Launch FireFox by double left clicking the desktop icon.

Click "Tools" on the toolbar menu.

Click "Downloads" from the list.

A new window labeled "Downloads" should open listing all of the downloads that were initiated with the browser in the past.
Note :
Any downloads that have been cleared from the cache will not show.
