Visit http://www.google.com/advanced_image_search .

Type in the name of the image that you want you want to find.

Scroll down to the bottom of the page and locate the "usage rights" drop down menu just above the "Search" button.

Select the type of license that you want the image to have.

Click the "Advanced Search" button.
