Make sure the "Restore my computer to an original time" option is selected and click the "Next" button.

Think about what your system data recovery needs are and what your want to recover. Click on a date that is bold in the box on the left and the available restore points will appear in the box on the right. Click the "Next" button.
Note :
Be sure that you do not select a date so far back that you lose system data that was created AFTER that date.

Once again think through your choice and be sure it is what you want to do. By rolling back your computer to a previous date, any system data that was created after that date will be returned to the state in was in on the date you selected in the previous step. Click the "Next" button.

Windows should begin the restoration process which includes recovering system data. Note :Your computer may reboot.
