Tap the browser icon.

Tap the menu in the upper right hand corner.

Tap the "Settings" option.

Tap the "Privacy & Security" option on the left menu.

Tap the "Clear cache" option.

Tap the "Ok" button. The browser cache should be clear.

Tap the house icon in the lower left hand corner to return to the desktop.
