Tap the "Apps" icon on your Xoom.

Tap the "Settings" icon.

Tap the "Screen" option.

Tap the check mark in the "Auto - rotate screen" to remove it. The auto rotation feature should now be off.
Note :
If there is no check mark, then the rotation feature is already off.
