Start by visiting plus.google.com unless you are already there.

Click the small grey arrow in the upper right hand corner of the specific post that you want to disable resharing for.
Note :
Notice the "Share" option is available.

Click the "Disable resharing" option.

The "Share" option should no longer be available for this post.
