Type plus.google.com into the address bar of your browser.

Click the "Home" circle.

Do a search in the Google Plus box for whatever term or news you are interested in searching for and press enter.
Note :
We will use Netflix in this example.

Google Plus will return all of its content or "Everything" that contains matches of the term you entered. Content includes Google Plus profiles, postings, comments and the web.
Note :
To see only profile results, click the "People" link. To see only post or comment results, click the "Google+ post" link.
