Objective / Info: Learn how to add a spark in Google Plus. Sparks are a method of pulling content around specific topics from the internet into your profile for your eyes only. Updated version: http://goo.gl/gBGNE

Type plus.google.com into the address bar of your browser.

Click the "Home" circle.

Click the "Sparks" link in the column to the left.

Type a topic that you are interested into the field.

As you type, suggestion may appear beneath the field. You can click on a suggestion to populate the field if you like.

After the field is populated, content related will appear. Click the "Add Interest" button to add this topic to your sparks list.

The topic should appear in your sparks list on the left menu going forward.

This task should now be complete. If not, review and repeat the steps as needed. Submit any questions using the section at the bottom of this page.
