Objective / Info: Learn how to convert a column into a row in the 2019 edition of Microsoft Excel.

Open Excel by double left clicking the icon on the desktop or start menu, then open the document that you want to work on.

Select the cells that you want to convert.

Right click and copy the cells.

Select the column where you want to display the data.

Right click on the cell and select "Paste Special".

Select the "Transpose" box and click "OK".

The data should convert paste into a set of columns horizontally.

Note : You can remove the data in the rows by pressing the "delete" key on the keyboard while the rows are still selected.
