Open Word by double left clicking the icon on the desktop or start menu.

In the menu bar, click on "Insert", then click "Screenshot" and then click "Screen Clipping" to capture a screenshot.

Word should minimize and a crosshair should appear. Click and drag from right to left to capture the portion of the screen that you wish to include in your screenshot.

The screenshot should now appear inside of your Word document.
