How to change the Google background

Objective / Info: Change the background of you google.com search page.

Visit www.google.com from Internet Explorer or which ever web browser you like.

In the lower left hand corner of the page, click "Change background image"
  Note : You must be logged in. If your do not have an account, you mush create one.

You should get a pop up with the title "Select a background image for your Google homepage".

Choose an image source from the left column. Click the "Public gallery" or the "Editors Picks" and the available images should change.
  Note : See step 6 for "From my computer" and Step for .

If you find an image you like in the "Public gallery" or the "Editors Picks", click image and the "Select" button to make this image your background.

If you want to choose an image from your computer, select "From my computer"
  Note : Image must be 800 x 600 pixels. This options will also add photos to Picasa.

Click the upload button and your image will be uploaded from your desktop and used as your new google background image.

If you want to choose an image from your computer click "My Picasa Web Photos" and click the image that you want to use.
  Note : If you do not have any photos in Picasa as in this example, then you will not have any available to choose from. Follow step 6 to add to photos to Picasa.

Click "Select" and the image will be used as your new google background image.
  Note : To change or remove a background image press the "remove background image" link in the lower left hand corner/
