Click the "Start" menu, then "All programs", then look for "Comcast caller id" and click to start the program3
You should see a pop up box in the lower right hand corner of the desktop indicating that you are logged in. Note :
You can close this if you like.

To make changes to the sound that is heard when a call is received, click the sounds tab on the side.6
There are three choices in regards to sound. Press the drop down menu next to the first option then change the sound. If a custom sound is desired, select option two and click the "browse" button to locate the sound file. In either of the first two options, the sound can be heard by pressing the "Preview" button to the right of the selected option.7
