Version: Beta - February 19, 2011

Objective / Info: Learn how to activate my DVR manager. We are using Googles Chrome browser in this example. My DVR Manager allows comcast customers to schedule recordings from any computer with an internet connection.

Type http://www.fancast.com/mydvr into your web browser. Click the "Go To TV listings" button.

Type in your zip code and click the "Search" button.

Select your area and click the "Submit" button in the lower right hand corner of the popup window.

During my set up, I was asked to wait while the activation completed.
  Note : After 5 minutes of waiting, I sensed that that applications was locked up, so I refreshed the browser by pressing the F5 key on the keyboard.

Activation appeared that it would be completed in 24 hours. Press the "Take a look" button.

This task should be completed. If not, repeat the steps and try again.
