Objective / Info: Activate the priority inbox in gmail.

Visit gmail by typing http://mail.google.com into the address bar of your browser.

Click the "Settings" link in the upper right hand corner.

Click the "Priority Inbox" link at the top of the page.

Click the "Show Priority Inbox" option and click the "Save Changes" button.

You should be returned to the inbox, however, you should now see the a Priority Inbox with 1 email from the gmail team.

This task should now be complete. If not, review and repeat the steps as needed. Submit any questions using the section at the bottom of this page.
