How to activate the Facebook app on a G2 phone

Objective / Info: Activate the default Facebook application that comes installed with the G2 phone from TMobile

From the desktop of the phone, slide the screen towards the left twice to go right.

Tap the facebook login button.

Tap the "I Agree" button.

Complete the fields with your username and password login information for facebook and tap the "Login" button.

Read the options and tap the one that you want. We used "Dont Sync" in this example. Tap the "Next" button.

  Note : Select "Dont Sync" unless you want to sync contacts from your phone to facebook.

Tap the "Finish" button.

The application should login to Facebook and load information to your phone.

After loading is complete, you should see your Facebook news feeds.

Tap the back button on the G2 to get back to the main page of the application.

This task should now be complete. If not, review and repeat the steps as needed. Submit any questions using the section at the bottom of this page.
