Objective / Info: Learn how to save a word 2007 document so that it is compatible with word 1997 through 2003.

Open your word 2007 document by clicking on the desktop icon or file icon.

Click the Microsoft logo in the upper left hand corner of Word.

Select the "Save As" option.

Select the "Word 97-2003 Dcocument" option.

Select a location on your computer where you want to save the files and click the "Save" button.

Note : Notice the File type being saved is word 97-2003.

You may get a popup window advising you of such. If there are features included in the document that are not available in the older version of office. Click the "continue"
