Add a print button to the tool bar in excel 2010

Objective / Info: By default. You may not see a print button in Excel 2010. Learn how to add a print button to the toolbar.

Open Excel by double left clicking the icon on the desktop or start menu or open the document that you want to work on.

Click the small black arrow on the toolbar.

Select "Print" from the drop down list.

A new print icon should appear on the toolbar. When this is pressed, your spreadsheet will print.
