Objective / Info: Learn to sort the data contained in a spreadsheet column by first to last alphabetically.

Open Excel by double left clicking the icon on the desktop or start menu or open the document that you want to work on.

Click the "Data" option on the menu.

Click the top of the column that contains the data that you want to sort.

Click the icon of the letter A to Z.

The data in the column should now appear in alphabetical order from A to Z.
