Objective / Info: Learn to convert a set of row data to a set of column data in Excel 2010.

Open excel by double left clicking the icon on the desktop or start menu.

Select the cells that you want to convert.

Right click and copy the cells.

Select the column where you want to display the set of data

Right click on the cell and select the "Paste Special" option.

Select the "Transpose" box and click the "Ok" button.

The data should convert paste into a set of columns horizontally.
  Note : You can remove the data in the rows by pressing the "delete" key on the keyboard while the rows are still selected.
