Select "Document" from the menu. Note :
You can also open an existing document if you like. Existing documents are to the right of the menu in this image and are not shown here.

Create a url by typing www.websiteIwanttouse.com OR if you opened an existing document, start at beginning of the url and click and drag to the end of the url to highlight it.
