Objective / Info: Learn how to share a link to a document created in or uploaded to Google Docs with another person.

Launch Google Docs spreadsheet by visiting google.com, click the "more" menu otpion and select "Documents"

Locate the document that you want to share the link for on your list.

Right click the document, then left click on "Share."

Click "Share" on the fly out menu.

In the pop up box, click the "change" link.

Select the "Anyone with the link" option, then click the "Save" button.

You should see a new window containing a link to the document. You can copy the link and share it with anyone you want to have access to the document.Click the "Done" button.

  Note : This link can be shared via Twitter, gmail, facebook and other options shown by selecting them..

The document should now show the word "Shared" behind it on the list.
