Objective / Info: Learn to freeze the top header row so that it remains visible when scrolling down the sheet.

Launch Google Docs by visiting google.com, click the "more" menu option and select "Documents"
  Note : Open a spreadsheet or create a new one.

Click the row containing the column header that you want to freeze.

Click the "Tools" button.

Select "Freeze Rows", then select "Freeze 1 row"

The top row should not move as you scroll down the spreadsheet.
