Launch Google Sheets by clicking on the "Google apps" icon next to your avatar and click on the Google Sheets icon.

Create a new document by clicking on "Blank spreadsheet".
Note :
Alternatively, you can select an already existing spreadsheet.

Click on a cell or range of cells.

Click on the "Boarders" icon. A bunch of Border options should appear.

Select the border option you want to use.
Note :
For this guide we'll be using the "Bottom Border" option.

The border you selected should now appear.
