Launch Google Docs by clicking on the "Google apps" icon next to your avatar and click on the Google Docs icon.

Create a new document by clicking on "Blank document".

Alternatively, you can select an already existing document.

Click on the percentage at the top.

Select your zoom percentage in the dropdown.
Note :
This guide will use 150% as an example.

Your document should now be zoomed in/out to the percentage you chose.
